Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, the cottage being available from 2:00pm on arrival.
The property must be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure.
A deposit of 10% must be sent with the booking form.
The balance of the total rental is to be paid not less than three weeks before the proposed date of arrival.
Please
note that the cottage is prepared for 4 person occupancy and any
over-occupancy may be refused unless prior arrangement has been made.
