The cottage was refurbished ten years ago from two derelict cottages and it retains much of the original charm and features.

The beautiful garden has a patio, lawn and a separate eating area.

There is a parking space for two cars.

Perranuthnoe is 5 miles from Penzance, 12 miles from Lands End, 8 miles from St Ives and 3 miles from Marazion and St Michaels Mount. The village boasts a lovely village pub, a 15th Century church and the sandy cove is 400 metres from the cottage.
