The cottage is part of a complex of 5 similar properties converted from granite barns. It is located in the heart of the village of Perranuthnoe. The property has a spacious kitchen/diner, living room, a double bedroom, a two bedded bunk bedroom and a bathroom with bath and electric shower. There is a balcony off of the main bedroom with seating and views to the sea across the village.

         The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, crockery and pans and has an electric cooker, refrigerator, washer/dryer and microwave. 

          The lounge has a large "L" shaped sofa with a TV (Freeview) and a good selection of books. Upstairs are two bedrooms; one double and one twin containing bunk beds.

         Other equipment includes DVD player, CD radio, iron, toaster, kettle, ironing board, vacuum cleaner - plus we can organise a travel cot and high chair.

         Electricity/water heating, is included. Within the grounds of the cottage is an external drying area, communal gardens and a car parking space for one vehicle.

         There is a fresh water 'dunk' for rinsing off boards and wetsuits plus space to store them at night. WiFi is available for a small weekly fee payable locally.

          Bed linen, bath mat, washup sponge, dish cloth and tea towels are provided free of charge but towels are not provided.
